Accountant

As Accountant for our German entity, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a broad accounting scope while actively contributing to the development of our finance function. This is not a role where you simply maintain existing processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape the future way of working. 

You will join an international Finance Team with colleagues in Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and report to the Head of Accounting in Sweden. Whether it's improving financial processes, participating in transformation initiatives, or contributing to our Business Central implementation, you will have a real opportunity to make an impact.

To succeed in this role, you combine strong accounting expertise with a proactive mindset and a willingness to improve the way we work. 
You bring: 

• Solid knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB)
• Several years of accounting experience, preferably in a medium-sized or international company
• A completed degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance,or a related field
• Good Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Business Central is a plus, but not a requirement
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• A structured, independent, and hands-on way of working
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-border teams
