In this role, you will work closely with sales to provide technical expertise across the full sales cycle, across the full sales cycle, from early-stage qualification through to supporting deal closuref, depending on where technical engagement is needed. The role contributes directly to building, qualifying, and converting pipeline together with Enterprise Account Managers and other stakeholders
You will:
- Act as a technical expert to customers and support Enterprise Account Managers in building, qualifying, and converting pipeline
- Engage directly with customers, leading technical discussions and solution presentations
- Translate customer needs into clear, compelling, and relevant solution positioning within the customer’s existing or future IT infrastructure
- Act as a technical expert and presenter at webinars, events, and seminars, in addition to customer meetings
- Take a leading role in responding to tenders, including technical requirements and descriptions, with support from product specialists and product management where needed.
- You will work closely with solution engineers, product management, and delivery functions, where structured support is available for technical validation and customer engagements
The role operates across borders, primarily supporting European activities. Most work can be performed in a hybrid setup, but travel is required for customer engagements and cybersecurity events across Europe. This role provides the opportunity to become a key technical voice in the market within the IGA domain, working across multiple industries and customer environments. Training in our specific IGA solution will be provided.
