UX Designer

SE- Stockholm Office
Full-time
Permanent employee

Make an impact with us

We are now looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to join our product team and contribute to the design of products across our cybersecurity solution portfolio.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the full breadth of UX work, from research and discovery through to UI delivery, and who likes turning complex things into intuitive experiences. You will be working on cybersecurity products spanning identity, access, and secure information exchange, and you should find technically complex domains genuinely interesting.

About the role

As a UX/UI Designer at Pointsharp, you will work within cross-functional agile teams alongside product managers, product owners, software developers, software architects, QA engineers, and technical writers. You will also collaborate closely with other UX/UI designers within the team.

You will be responsible for the full design process across multiple product areas: conducting user research, developing concepts and prototypes, delivering polished UI, and ensuring quality through design QA and developer handover. Alongside project work, you will contribute to internal initiatives and cross-functional projects.

The role requires genuine curiosity about technically complex products and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear, usable experiences.

This position is based in our Stockholm office, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct user research and collaborate with Product Managers to develop and validate requirements, applying UX methods such as user journey mapping, competitive analysis, persona development, and flow diagrams
  • Design new functionality end-to-end, from concept and wireframes through interactive prototypes to final UI
  • Redesign and improve existing screens and flows across our product portfolio
  • Create accessible designs in line with WCAG 2.2 AA standards
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, working with reusable components and scalable patterns
  • Support delivery teams with design input on operational and product tickets
  • Ensure smooth handover to development and conduct design QA on developed functionality
  • Participate in internal design initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Apply AI tools to enhance your design workflow, where they add real value to research, ideation, prototyping, or iteration
  • Contribute to the design of AI-powered features, thinking through how to make those interactions clear, trustworthy, and useful for end users

What we're looking for

You bring solid experience as a UX or Product Designer and are confident working across the full design process, from research and problem framing through to polished UI and developer handover. You are comfortable collaborating with a wide range of technical stakeholders and can hold your own in conversations with developers, architects, and product teams.

We believe you have:
  • Proven experience in UX or product design
  • Strong Figma skills, including prototyping and component-based design
  • A solid UX foundation: user research, workshop facilitation, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Experience working within and contributing to a design system
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)
  • The ability to work across multiple product areas in parallel without losing quality or rigour
  • Comfort using AI tools in your design workflow, and experience or genuine interest in designing for AI-powered features and products
  • A genuine interest in learning about technically complex domains; security, identity, or enterprise software experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus

Please include a portfolio showcasing relevant UX design work as part of your application.
